The Zebra ZT510 is an industrial thermal transfer label printer used for barcode, shipping and asset labels in warehouses, manufacturing and retail distribution, rather than an office document printer. This configuration prints at 300dpi across a 4-inch print width, a higher resolution suited to small text, fine barcodes or dense graphics on labels, and uses a tear-off dispensing mode rather than a peel or cutter mechanism. Connectivity covers Serial, USB and Gigabit Ethernet for wired network integration, plus Bluetooth LE for pairing with handheld devices, and it supports Zebra's ZPL printer language used by most label-design and warehouse management software. It prints monochrome only, using thermal transfer ribbon rather than direct thermal, giving longer-lasting, more durable labels than direct-thermal printing.
