Verbatim CD-R AZO Wide Inkjet Printable (Verbatim #43325) is a pack of 10 recordable CDs, each in its own standard jewel case, with a white surface that you can print on edge to edge with a disc-printing inkjet printer. Each disc holds 700 MB (80 minutes of audio) and is rated for recording at up to 52x speed. The printable area runs from 23 mm to 118 mm diameter, so a label or artwork can cover almost the whole face of the disc, which gives a far more professional finish than a stick-on label or marker pen. They are used by musicians and churches for recordings, by photographers and events businesses for client copies, by medical and legal practices for archive copies, and by anyone who needs a one-off disc that looks presentable. The discs use Verbatim's patented AZO recording dye, which Verbatim says gives high resistance to UV light, plus a silver reflective layer. Verbatim notes that optical discs are resistant to dust, water and wide changes in temperature and humidity, making them a sound choice for long-term storage.
