Yamaha NY64-D Dante I/O Expansion Card for TF Mixers

Yamaha NY64-D Dante I/O Expansion Card for TF Mixers
More Info

The Yamaha NY64-D is a Dante network I/O expansion card for Yamaha TF series digital mixing consoles. Installed in the console's expansion slot, it sends and receives up to 128 channels (64 in and 64 out) of uncompressed 48 kHz, 24-bit digital audio over an Audinate Dante network, turning the mixer into part of a networked audio system. Typical uses include connecting Yamaha Tio1608-D stage boxes to build a digital snake with up to 48 inputs and 24 outputs, multitrack recording and virtual soundcheck to a computer running Dante Virtual Soundcard, and sharing signals with Dante-equipped amplifiers, processors or broadcast feeds in churches, schools, theatres and live-sound rigs. The card panel carries two locking RJ45 network connectors labelled Primary and Secondary, allowing redundant network connections, each with link/activity and 1G indicators, plus sync status LEDs. The card is AES67-enabled according to Audinate's product listing. Mixer, stage boxes and network cabling are sold separately; check the console firmware version supports the card before ordering.
