The Yamaha TF3 is a compact digital mixing console from the TF series, aimed at live sound for bands, venues, churches, conferences and rental companies that want a fast, touch-driven workflow. It has 24 + 1 (master) 100 mm motorised faders and mixes 48 input channels (40 mono, 2 stereo and 2 return) into 20 aux buses (8 mono and 6 stereo), a stereo bus and a sub bus, with 8 DCA groups. Locally it offers 24 mic/line inputs on XLR/TRS combo jacks plus 2 stereo RCA line inputs, 16 XLR outputs and one expansion slot for extra I/O such as Dante-based Tio stageboxes. On-board processing provides 8 effects and 10 graphic EQs, and a built-in 34 x 34 USB audio interface allows multitrack recording and virtual soundcheck with a computer, while 2-track recording goes straight to a USB storage device. Latency is under 2.6 ms at 48 kHz, with equivalent input noise of -128 dBu and 110 dB DA dynamic range. The console measures 716 x 225 x 599 mm, weighs 17 kg and draws 110 W.
